Make sure the card is connected to your pc before installation.
Windows XP:
Download
Installation : Download and run the driver file to install.
Windows Vista/Windows 7/ Windows 8:
Download (please use Internet Explorer to open this download link)
Optional: Run windows updates to automatically install and updates the driver.
Installation:
1. Extract the driver files.
2. Open device manager, look for tv card marked with yellow.
3. Right click and select update driver.
4. Select Browse and point to the extracted driver folder.
Note: You can also use windows XP drivers for windows vista/7 and 8 by extract the drivers first and manually install via device manager.
